Country singer RaeLynn has filed for divorce from her husband, Joshua Davis, after 10 years of marriage. Court documents filed in Nashville in June 2026 cite irreconcilable differences and identify the filing date as the couple’s date of separation.
In a public statement released in July, RaeLynn said the decision came after considerable thought and prayer. She emphasized that her main priority remains providing love, stability, and support for their daughter, Daisy Rae, while the family adjusts to the separation. She also asked for privacy during the transition.
RaeLynn and Davis married on February 27, 2016, during a barn wedding in Franklin, Tennessee. They had been together for more than a decade by the time of the filing.
The divorce petition asks that RaeLynn be named Daisy’s primary residential parent. The singer continues to balance motherhood with her music career, including new releases, tour appearances, and scheduled performances.
The filing marks the end of a long relationship that included Davis’ military service and RaeLynn’s return to music after becoming a mother.
